John J. Marnien is the author of 2 religious works,
TAKE UP THE CROSS and ANY OTHER MIRACLE, and a religious cult novel, 2012 THE END OF TIME. His “Anytime Now” series of Sci-Fi/Humor novels includes ANY TIME NOW and AKA SAUCY JACK, and soon to be published A SPECIAL TIME OF GRACE. John has written a children’s allegory, BRAMBLE OF MOON VALLEY and a collection of horror stories, AND THAT WAS THE VERY MOMENT WHEN THE MONSTER STEPPED INTO THE ROOM.
John’s credentials include BA, MS, and MA degrees and seminary study. As a world traveler he has toured the 50 states and 37 foreign countries. He incorporates his background as an artist, photographer, musician, song writer, performer, lecturer, and genealogist into his works. He also enjoys weaving a well-honed sense of irony and humor to enliven his subject matter. With a personal, well-read revolving library of over 5000 volumes, he makes diversity and enjoyment special aspects of his writing. John is currently working with his new publisher, Jemsco Publishing, LLC on several projects including a new religious book, ANY OTHER MIRACLE and a biography/collection of poetry entitled AFTER THE SONGS WERE SUNG.
